Just a few weeks after this Tour and writeup Monmouth was hit by flooding. Will have to see next year if the underpass artwork survived and if the Manor survived!
On our way to the 2025 river re-walk we passed through this underpass under the A40 here which deserves a page all to itself. Here is a short writeup from the Monmouthshire Beacon.
